Successful completion of online theory, quizzes, or course modules does not automatically authorize a person to operate powered industrial equipment. Practical evaluation, workplace familiarization, and employer authorization may still be required. Certificates issued by ARSM confirm completion of the stated training program to the satisfaction of our instructors under our program standards. Employers remain responsible for verifying operator competence for their specific equipment and environment.

4. Website availability and content

5. Third-party services — PayPal
Online payments for courses and safety products are processed through PayPal, a third-party payment service. When you choose PayPal at checkout:

- Payment processing, account login, funding sources, and buyer protection are governed by PayPal’s terms and policies in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
- ARSM does not store your full PayPal password or full payment card details on our servers.
- PayPal may share limited transaction details with us (for example, payment status, payer email, and capture ID) so we can confirm your order, issue invoices, unlock course access after approval, and provide customer support.
- Any payment dispute, chargeback, or funding failure should be raised with PayPal and/or ARSM as applicable. We will review order records and cooperate reasonably to resolve legitimate issues.
Display of the PayPal name or logo does not mean PayPal endorses ARSM beyond providing payment services to our customers.
